Shipping Info:

We will ship your ordered product(s) as soon as possible, maximum within 7days.

What is the return/refund policy ?

Currently we are in the process of partnering with the best possible delivery and fulfillment services. 

In case of any issue with the product, please send us an email at mitsu.tyche@gmail.com and/or on Instagram DM (MitsuTyche).

 

If you are not satisfied with the product, please send it to back to us (delivery address will be shared on email) We promise to refund the full amount upon verification and validating the issue, within 7days of receiving the product. 

Incase of exchange, please send us the product with your new choice and we will ship your wish in 7 days. 

Shipping cost borne by the customer will be reimbursed by Mitsu Tyche via Google Pay or Paytm, upon submission of a valid bill. We expect to establish a partnership with a delivery service soon and in future we would have the product picked up, instead of customers shipping us the product. 

Cancellation Policy :

Once order is shipped, it would not be cancelled. Incase the customer needs to cancel and apply for refund, then please don't accept the product at the time of delivery or ship it back to us to get your refunds. Please send us an email or via the contact us page, you can inform us about your order that needs to be cancelled and refunded.

Why does Mitsu Tyche has limited stocks ?

All our products are designed and manufactured in limited quantity. Our designs keep changing every month and will be available for limited period only. Please stay subscribed for new product launches.
